Our History

The Jack Ryan Academy is named for our owner Jon Ryan’s dad, Jack, who started the company in 1950 with his mother, Rose, and partner Louis Genz and his wife, Greta. By continuing the business, Jon works to honor his family’s legacy every day.

Over the years, the Genz-Ryan team has adapted and continues to deliver services that go above and beyond our loyal customers’ expectations. We’re the Twin Cities area’s one-stop shop for expert home services, and through the Jack Ryan Academy, we can grow our team and continue to serve our community for years to come.
