Mike H and Dylan D. were an excellent team in helping me to make sense of all the lingo (down to refrigerant numbers which I appreciate knowing) and financials to make a solid decision. I enjoyed their friendly way of connecting & communicating, and felt respected in relation to my financial considerations and home needs now & in the future. I decided to go with Genz-Ryan after getting a couple other quotes due to affordability, quality of equipment, and I like that G-R is a family business with whom I’ve worked since I bought my home new 17 years ago and my builders (Ryland Homes) recommended them. I was also thankful that Mike and Dylan were willing to work in an appointment at the last minute on a Wednesday night to go through my system, confirm the repairs and talk numbers for repairs vs. new HVAC. I did not feel at all rushed or pressured, but I did my research, got other quotes, and was able to make a decision quickly after Mike laid out the numbers. I especially appreciated the efficiency of signing a contract at 9:30pm that night, having installers show up the next morning at 9:30am, and everything was finished and cleaned up by 4pm – thank you Pedro P, Anthony B, and Asia F! Noah Phillips was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't try to give me anything I didn't need which was nice. All and all a great tech.

We called Genz Ryan out for a water heater flush and they found some issues with water and gas leaks. The problem was solved the next day, new water heater and gas leaks fixed. Shea came out promptly by 8:30 and was done by 1. He did fantastic work, the whole installation was done very neat and clean. We’re very happy with the job. We would highly recommend Genz Ryan.
