I had a great experience with Jacob the plumber who came out for a maintenance check requested by my landlord. He was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and even showed me along the way, which I really appreciated.

He was very personable, had a great attitude, and even made me laugh, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. That really means a lot since I don’t always feel at ease with strangers in my home.
