I had an issue with my AC Unit . I called Jeffrey Dehler and spoke with him. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The solution provided by him was excellent, and in a timely manner. I did not have to go back and fourth, be transferred to multiple different people. He's very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service! This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. 5 stars from me.
