I recently purchased a new furnace and ac unit with Josh Pellinger. He was wonderful to work with - very polite and friendly, and he truly cared about helping me find the best options within my price range. I was also incredibly impressed with the techs that came out to do the installs - Asia Faulk, Zach Mitchell, and Bobby Stanger. They took the time to show me the final results and answered all of my questions. I can't rave about this company enough!

Update: had a minor issue with furnace not working. Was able to get someone out right away. Noah Phillips, really nice guy, figured out the solution quickly. It was a very random issue that had nothing to do with the actual install, so I was very impressed he caught it.

The technician, Joe Lacher, took the time to find out what was causing a noise in the furnace and fixed it while performing a yearly maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Genz-Ryan hires great techs.

Noah Phillips came out to look at my furnace, which was giving a maintenance message on the Genz-Ryan service plus monitor. Noah was very informative and the furnace is running like a champ! Thank you!
