My time in the JRA has been a very positive experience the whole way through. It's a nice blend of verbal and visual learning where you learn something new every day. Andy does a great job at having an open minded and welcoming classroom feel where everyone can ask any question, even the dumb ones. I feel satisfied with the whole program, and I feel that I have learned so much in just a few months. It went by so fast too! Definitely shows the best example when it comes to HVAC training.
