Our HVAC installation was scheduled with 3 days of purchase. 4 guys arrived and efficiently removed&istalled new. They were all friendly, knowledgable& genuinely worked well together. ( fogot their names- install was 9/3-plz let them know of this review) This is a whole day job-and they powered through! At the end, when testing the furnace,a problem was noted. They toubleshooted& spoke with Hugo via phone. They assured us they would return to correct issue. And they did- Hugo came to assess. He determined he needed to alert Centerpoint Energy. They then came and worked with Hugo to determine it was their issue vs install/product. What was most impressive, was Hugo stayed while Centerpoint completed their project. He was cognizant of our time, so no one had to return another day to complete install testing. My husband has since recommended Genz Ryan to a coworker. They have already purchased&had installtion!!

Hugo, my technicians that came out for my problem when far out and beyond in working to correct the fault. The HVAC unit I have is a higher end and very complicated unit that made the trouble shooting a lot more difficult but Hugo hung in there and found out it was a mistake from a previous technician installation of a part thar needed to be placed very precisely. Hugo noticed the slight difference in position of the part and after making the adjustment. VIOLA, it corrected the problem. It was a very slight adjustment that was easily un-knowtist but with his persistence, it was corrected.

I have had a few technicians out in the years I have live at my residence, and I have seen many un-able to fix the trouble they were dispatched for, only to leave without resolving my problem. Hugo was a great technician and did NOT give up.
