Recently, Genz-Ryan found itself in a position so many in business would love to be in. The Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota had singled us out as a nominee for the Torch Award for Ethics. It is an award that the BBB hands out to businesses that dedicate themselves to helping customers in an honest and ethical way.
Now, with the recent announcement of who won, we stand humbled as Genz-Ryan was named the winner.
One of the many things that our business was founded on has been taking an approach to customers that will leave no doubt that we are here to provide excellent service and honesty. If you’ve had an encounter with one of our many service technicians, you know that we want you to know everything about what we are doing. We also want to make sure that you have all of the information that you need to make a sound decision about your heating, air conditioning or plumbing systems. We make sure that you don’t feel any pressure to do anything that you don’t need.

While awards are nice, the biggest reward that we gain is knowing that our customers are satisfied in every way.
