Our plumber (truck 1712) was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the repair. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and ensure it wouldn’t happen again.

Ben was at our house to quote a new AC unit and went above and beyond what was expected by doing a full inspection of our vent system calling out small fixes that would improve the longevity of our HVAC system. He also provided a floor unit AC to use in our house until the new unit is installed, and he even got that all set up and working for us! We are very happy to be choosing Genz-Ryan for our AC Unit and will be switching our entire HVAC maintenance over to them at well.

I my now the owner of a new air-conditioner and furnace and also some additional electrical work. The service team arrived on time, consisting of Mario, Kyle and Shawn the electrician and immediately got to work. They all were friendly and acted professionally and knowledgeable. What I especially appreciated was that he recommended the option that was both effective and cost-effective, rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
